Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligibility:
– Exchanges are only accepted if the product is in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging. – The exchange request must be made within 12 hours of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund:
– Manuka Honey and Royal Jelly Honey are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. – Opened or tampered items are not eligible for exchange.
Documentation Required for Exchange:
– The original sales receipt must be presented. – Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Exchange Process:
– All exchanges must be processed at our designated store: – Honey Valley – Place Vendome Mall, Gate 5 – 2nd Floor St. Germain, Lusail
Refund Policy
– Refunds are not available for any items purchased at Honey Valley.
